CONSERVATION PROGRAM

    Vision:

    Conservation is a way of life in CGC. Natural resources are conserved for their biological, economic, and recreational values, as well as their natural beauty and importance to local cultures. Our team has been recognized as a clever and innovative leader in conservation for developing and implementing effective programs throughout the region.

    The CONSERVATION PROGRAMS are designed to provide educational activities on the topics of soils, watersheds, aquaculture, coastal natural hazards, urban coast, pollution, wildlife conservation, invasive species, agriculture awareness, forestry, biotechnology.

    Objectives:

    1) To provide every person with opportunities to acquire the knowledge, values, attitudes, commitment, and skills to protect and improve the environment

    2) To prevent pollution, promote recycling and reuse, and conserve energy and materials.

    3) To provide expertise in protecting and managing protected areas and formulating broader conservation strategies.
