ABOUT US

CGC is formed by a group of experts dedicated to increase public knowledge about environmental concerns and cultural issues, ensuring the equal participation of ethnic minorities and the inclusion of gender equity perspective.

Hispanic Americans are the fastest growing demographic group in the United States. According to statistics from the United States Census Bureau, Spanish is the second most common language in the United States, and Spanish speakers make up about 63% of people in the U.S. who do not speak English very well.

Our programs are geared to breaking down the language barriers of the Hispanic community by providing literacy in Spanish and/or English. Our main focus is to serve the needs of our Hispanic community to protect their health and the environment, as well as to enhance the quality of life through leadership, education, experience and volunteerism.
